- Respect for intellectual property – You may not use MidBrain's trademarks, brand elements, or proprietary technology without written permission.
4. Data Collection & Privacy
- Our website and waitlist registration comply with GDPR for form-based data collection.
- Pre-alpha testing requires data collection for AI improvement and operational needs. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Email address, IP location (for eligibility verification), Discord username, gameplay data, and qualitative feedback.
